Frequently Asked
Standard sessions are 50 minutes, though I also offer extended 90-minute sessions if you feel you’d benefit from more time. Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and comfort.
Progress looks different for everyone. Some people notice changes in how they respond to stress, communicate, or relate to themselves within a few sessions. Others may feel a greater sense of emotional clarity or resilience over time. We’ll regularly check in to ensure that therapy is supporting your growth in meaningful ways.

Yes, your privacy is extremely important. Everything you share is kept confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). I’ll explain these limits clearly at our first session.
